Here are three Pinterest trends I’d “add to cart” (and the ones you won’t catch me buying anymore) immediately for a seasonal update.

TREND: MINIMAL BELTS not ORNATE BELTS

Please trust me on this one. No one looks good in these conch belts but everyone looks good in a sleek, minimal black belt that’s versatile and chic. And yes, the buckle can be gold or silver. Both look great!

TREND: LEOPARD PRINTS not FLORAL PRINTS

I hate calling this a trend b/c leopard is a classic but to update it for the season, do what YSL did on the runway and opt for leopard lamè to add a fresh twist on the print. It will add some serious style and edge to your wardrobe.

TREND: JUMBO BAGS* not MICRO BAGS

Finally! I’m a kitchen sink kind of girl when I leave the house and micro bags just weren’t doing it for me. As cute as they are, they’re not practical. Thankfully, these extra large, slouchy leather hobos hold everything I need for my day plus all the snacks my toddler wants to eat.

*: if you’re petite, go for something medium to large (not jumbo) so you don’t overwhelm your frame
