Watch my reel for street style inspo to try (and what to avoid). For each look, I’ve hand-selected pieces that work — scroll down to see and click the links to shop each item.
SILVER: MONOCHROMATIC not HIGH CONTRAST
A head to toe silver (or even grey) look feels very of the moment right now. It’s modern, sleek and easy to execute. Adding a high contrast color (like black) makes it feel a bit dated and not as fashion forward IMO.
Shoes: ASOS Embellished Strap Mary Janes $42.00Handbag: Y2k Silver Purse $22.00Skirt: ASOS Silver Mini Skirt $39.99Sweater: H&M Mohair Blend Sweater $67.99
JACKETS: LAYERED not PRE-LAYERED
When the temps drop my favorite way to stay chic and warm is by layering jackets and vests. I love a sporty puffer vest over a tailored coat - the contrast in styles adds a lot of visual interest and b/c it’s unexpected it feels very fresh. But you want to avoid those pre-fab “hybrid coats” - they’re never as chic or effortless.
Handbag: Reformation Medium Vittoria Tote Bag $498.00Sneakers: Adidas Gazelle Shoes $100.00Pant: Wilfred The Effortless Pant $148.00Vest: KEOMUD Winter Crop Vest $36.00Coat: J.Crew Ella Long Sweater-Blazer $134.50
BASEBALL CAPS: CHIC not CUTESY
On a bad hair day you’ll always find me in a cap. Lately I’ve been pairing a more dressed up look with a cap instead of a more cutesy/ casual / athleisure vibe. I love the contrast and it makes me feel more polished.
Cap: Lids Blank Baseline Dad Adjustable Strapback Hat $19.99Tights: Women's Sheer Rib Tights $8.00Boots: Cos Leather Riding Boots $390.00Blazer: Zara Oversize Blazer $69.90
And as always, do you. Wear what makes YOU happy — this is just what’s bringing me joy when it comes to fashion.
